You are your problem

I heard a story once. One day, a man visited a mental asylum.  Inside, he saw a patient wriggling with chains, long hair, really nasty, shouting "Sandhya.. Sandhya..". The visitor asked the doctor who is Sandhya. Doctor replied the patient was in love with a girl named Sandhya but could not marry her. Visitor nodded and continued his tour in asylum. On the next floor, he again saw another patient, completely mad, shouting at the top of his voice "Sandhya.. Sandhya!!!" This time doctor replied this patient married Sandhya.
Taken on a light note, I had laughed with a loud clap. I feel it's hysterical and very relevant. People have problems with everything. It is never good enough. Family, spouses, job, food, traffic, managers, colleagues, other people's clothes, neighbor's kids- almost everything they can curse or blame for their day not going well. It is also easier.
Struggles will never stop coming your way. Everyday we wake up to a new challenge. If we wait for challenges to stop and then be a better person, we will be waiting all your life. What we can do is choose how we respond to what comes in opposition and take responsibility of our actions.
For once, try to 'be' instead of pointing fingers at other people. Be more kind, be a happier person, be a more team player, be a better listener, be a more loving partner, smile more today, meet people with a good heart.

Let's take up a small activity, shall we? For next 24 hours
-Let's spend the day without complaining, stay kind and respond positively.
-Let's be forgiving. If people said something to hurt you, do not react. Smile at them and walk away.
-Help one person without expecting any returns.
-SMILE.

I would love, love, love to hear from you guys how was your day, what you did or how you felt at the end of that day. I will surely share mine. Looking forward to hearing from you as well.

A day is as we choose it to be,

Next Day : I had a good day. I greeted everyone with a smile. I did feel little negative and hurt because of few words exchanged in office but I reminded of having a good day. I shoved those thoughts away after sometime and logged off with a light heart. Help? Hmm..actually someone else helped me. I got lost in narrow, confusing streets of Pimpri. A guy I met while asking directions helped me all along as we were headed in same direction. We exchanged greetings and bid adieu.
