What Seemed Like an Eternity!

What a year it has been! 2020 is surely going down in history as the most unexpected, frightening, and anxious year anyone ever expected. The world came to a standstill, the pandemic hit us hard, making us wonder what the future holds for all of us.  Midst of the anxiety that prevailed, every single person who was staying away from home, packed their bags and headed home. It also brought into our lives something entirely unexpected -family members who would meet once a year for a day-or-two, were reunited for months. Working couples who would see each other for few hours for years were forced to spend the whole day at home. With. Each. Other. In guise, during these times, family values have gone up, people have become more kind and more grateful.  I stayed at home with my sister and parents for longer than one month after almost 9 years.
